Simon Atkinson, Chief Executive Officer

Simon is a 24-year semiconductor industry veteran. He was a founder of RFIC specialist Mosaic Microsystems, successfully acquired by Analog Devices (ADI) in 1996 where he led work on 2G/3G radios. Simon was previously with LSI Logic, and started his career with Plessey (now Zarlink) – a leading supplier of broadcast RFICs.

Peter Heller, Chief Financial Officer

Peter has twenty years of experience running the finance and administration of multi-national start-up companies in hi-tech. A Chartered Accountant, Peter was CFO of Co-Design Automation from inception to successful trade sale, and was responsible for the European finance of Novas, Ambit Design Systems, Chronologic and Gateway.

Dan Budin, Vice President, Software Defined Radio

Dan started his career as a communications specialist with the Israeli military, before becoming Chief Scientist at WinData – an early WiFi company. As founder and CTO of WaveAccess, Dan and his team were acquired by Lucent in 1999. With 25 years in wireless, Dan has an unparalleled understanding of communication technology.

Sean Moynagh, Vice President, Operations

With 24 years experience in manufacturing with multi-nationals including ADI, Amkor and Bosch as well as start ups including Synad and CS2 where he was a founder. Sean joins Mirics from Xignal Technoligies AG where he was Director of Operations. He brings in-depth knowledge of new product introductions.

Jay Nunez, Vice President Worldwide Sales & Marketing

Jay has experience as a sales, marketing and business development leader in the global electronics industry with nearly 25 years of experience in the semiconductor solutions, wireless subsystems, and electronic services segments of the business. Jay has held executive leadership positions at several top tier public, small public and private companies including AMD, ATI, ASAT, Wavecom, National Semiconductor and Motorola Semiconductor (now Freescale and ON).

Anthony Eaton, Vice President, Engineering

Anthony is an RF silicon and systems specialist with 12 years industry experience. In one of his previous roles at Sony Semiconductor he led an advanced product group in pioneering the development of high performance CMOS circuits for cellular RF applications. Prior to this, Anthony also held RF and system design positions with PA Consulting Group in Cambridge.
